Description: When you push a sign into the floor to much, it's unreachable - Maybe we could have a command that moves the sign upwards a certain distance.
Bug observed since: Signs

Steps to Reproduce: move the sign downwards with precision

this happened to me yesterday actually, i didnt realise how much precision affects the sign so precision ed it lower down and it was stuck under the map for a good 3 hours before i managed to get staff to delete it, i went under the map myself with an elevator to try delete it but i ended up getting stuck there for more than an hour

Added a command - /movesign
it will move closest nearby sign you own to were you are looking
