Summary: I changed the colour of his car to his perfection and asked for a reasonable price of $1000. Instead, he declines and out of the blue, attempts to strike me before speeding off in his car. None of this was roleplayed out seeing as he was a Black Market Dealer and I had just spawned. It seems quite malicious seeing as it was over $1k in game money and that he tried to knock me out with no roleplay what so ever (A person with a BMD-like job and a car like that would most certainly be able to afford the $1k) The lack of players online meant this could not be handled IC properly and despite seeing him again, he still did not give me my money.
Please note: I am not fussed about the money, I just made the PR to have a proper verdict on this from Staff seeing as it's still a scam and that it seemed like a very ill-natured thing to do. A player of this experience should know much better than this from both an OOC and IC point of view.

Quote:Instead, he declines and out of the blue
Actually not, as the video shows I tried being reasonable in making a return offer as I wasn't satisfied with 1k.

Yes I admit this, I was tried to knock him unconcious to get away as I offered the man a different price that he declined.

Again, it wasn't just "1k please" > *gets knocked with a baton*, I tried offering a lower price which you didn't take. I was under the role of a Black Market Dealer but as my job shows, I was a Drug Lord. As it sounds big and mean I was meant to be aggressive and not a nice person.

Explained above, there was roleplay involved including my background. I am a Drug
Lord, I had weed plants up at Mesa and I was making nearly 10k about every 10 minutes. Sure I could've afford it, but it wasn't a price I liked to pay so I wanted to go lower.

I don't exactly see which rule I broke since in my opinion, I was an aggressive drug lord who wanted to pay a lower price, so I made a offer which he declined so I aggressivley tried to get away. I think it should be dealt with IC by calling the police and getting them to chase it up...
There was little to no roleplay involved. Yes you didn't like the price but you gave me one attempt to lower it which I declined. Not once did you explain why you want it lowered, barter with me, or even talk to me. You just immediately tried to attack me when I asked for the reasonable price. Knowing that this is not abnormal pricing, you should have made an effort to ask what the price was prior, if you weren't prepared to pay a reasonable and normal price. The fact that you quickly went to trying to knock me out (someone who had no bad history with you as I just spawned in) and get away so quickly without paying me makes this seem much more malicious.
This could not have been handled IC properly due to the lack of players online at the time as you can clearly see. Not sure how you can claim you attempted being "reasonable". You literally asked once for it to be lowered, giving no reason, before attempting to attack me randomly.

To be fair, you made it out as if you told me the price and I just tried knocking you out. Though truthfully there was a little more than that, perhaphs not enough in your opinion.
Of course you had a chance to handle it IC as there is clearly a Police Officer online who you could've called up with 911. Doesn't matter how many players were on, there is a police officer online.
