Rule 3.1:
After my failed attempt at raiding (because of their OP doomfort) was walking past to see what the shooting was about, he had nothing to do with the situation yet he just got executed on sight. (Don't have evidence for this one but maybe John does so I decided to mention it anyways).
Rule 8.5:
As soon as you walk in the front door, there's a second door right after it. The walls are transparent meaning that you cannot physically lock pick or keypad crack without you being completely vulnerable to them shooting through the transparent wall.
Rule 8.6:
Last time I checked, a classic Italian mob doesn't have walls made of plasma (a non existent Sci-Fi looking thing) and crazy defensive bases like that.

EDIT: I got more evidence after I finally managed to find the first clip, in this video you can see how abusive this actually is. Its near impossible to keypad crack or lock pick this door as he can just shoot right through, not only this, the keypad is facing away from the door so he can just shoot you from behind.
