Not seeing what rule I broke here. Arrests and me clamping your car are IC matters. I did not break the rules, however I believe you did;

You unclamped your car as a citizen (criminal act) instead of contacting the police;

After I clamped your car, you started harassing, attempting to threaten/extort me with threats of a PR and also spamming me;





There was also the OOC insult you used as well;



Please explain your actions, as I'm pretty sure they're against the rules.

Your IC reason for fining my car is like... you can easily get around it, if you didn't complain about my car 'obstructing' i wouldn't be that mad right now

Perma law 6 clearly states you have to park in designated parking spaces and not obstruct the road. By implication, this gives me - as a law enforcement officer - two main powers; the power to interpret whether or not your vehicle was or was not obstructing the road (in my reasonable opinion it was) and also the implied power to take action such as impounding, fining, moving or clamping the vehicle in order to ensure that the road remains unobstructed.

In this case, I attempted to contact you before clamping to warn you to move it; you argued, so I moved and clamped your vehicle. You unclamped it, so I then arrested you and impounded it. IC matters.

What I don't like is the fact you then harassed, spammed and attempted to threaten me with OOC reactions in order to get me to unclamp your car.

Denied.

This is an in character matter and should have been raised with the President or Police Chief at the time. Creating a PR over this solves nothing, so please avoid doing so in future.
