For your issue, would you be able to send a screenshot of the header please.
We are still on fixing it. Thank you for your patience.
, any updates on this issue guys? Is it fixed, or does the thread still need to remain open?
I have been reporting this problem for like two months now and I haven't even heard back yet that its even being worked on, its really getting annoying I cant respond to PRs or make PRs until this is fixed because it keeps saying.
Sorry we cant find your steam account in the database when I try and log my steam in on the forums
Thank you
Can you reply to this one it's easier for staff to keep track of what's going on.
Snipped to avoid confusion.

For any updates.
He has contacted me saying he can't reply.
Merged, again.
Maybe if you paid attention to the one thread that all of your other threads are being merged with, you would see this is currently being worked on by Burnett. You haven't replied with what Doctor Internet has asked for either, so perhaps if you were to supply that we can try and diagnose the cause a bit easier.
Recreating the same thread over and over doesn't help speed things up, and will continue to be merged with the original thread until resolved.
Whilst we appreciate your patience, you need to look at this thread properly and see that it is actually being worked on, but in some cases you're failing to provide the requested information, which doesn't help us.
Then
would you be able to act as proxy for this? Please relay to the user that we require a picture of his forum header, which would look like this:
User reports problem fixed and I'm now seeing the verified tag on the user's profile. Problem no longer exists. Paging to update.
Thanks all, archived.
