This was me, but it mentions nowhere in the rules about this.
I was role playing a thug who was reckless and would kill no matter what the circumstances or consequences, I assumed this was allowed as it does happen in real life.
The way your describing it would pretty much be RDM. They followed your demands, and you're only in it for a quick money grab and nothing more. Killing someone would put a lot more heat on you, don't you think?
