Ok but here my closing argument I a gun dealer people pm me to give them stuff and I do that job I was told by previous staff that you can do contraband but you have to do your job and thats what im doing i didnt join the raid i was in it when u first showed up.

I was trying to let Doctor Internet handle it on game but i guess Nightmare will take this

After discussion with another member of staff, the above detailed situation has been found to be a violation of 3.7/3.7a. The Gun Dealer job is intended to be that of a merchant, not a gang leader. If you want to supply weapons to a gang then of course you can by all means, but leading that same gang at the same time is too far. By extension of that, the kill should have been left to a standard gang member rather than a merchant.

The accused will receive a week's suspension. Experience and the user's record was a key factor in this decision. Further punishments onwards from now may lead to a probationary period being issued.
