I was there. I had pmed the guy asking him to come "(PM)  To mark2766: please come to 10 rich drive"
He arrived ans saw him leaving and told me "he didnt want to paint my car because i was using it to protect him and he didnt like him so he wouldnt do it" I told him this and he said he wouldnt pay the 5k and I agreed he shouldnt then mark said ok. Marked walked up to the door and asked anything illegal inside. I said no and please leave. He then ok hold on and walked up to my car and began typing /customize. Then the car becomes pink he does the same to the audi and leaves

I am pretty sure Elfie said he wanted a black van.

Hi before he painted it pink he pass by me and I stopped him and asked to get my car Black and he said ok i paid him drove off and turned Pink I reversed and said "I suggest you don't do that number one its against the rules to do something unwanted without permission and #2 IC I kill you, you understand" then he changed it back and drove off in his Prius

How can he drive off in his Prius if he doesn't own one?

You were not told pink and then black. I'm not stupid I don't confuse colours. You refused after I said it's fail RP not to. You then started walking round looking inside asking "is there anything illegal inside" I said no and escorted you off the property.

Denied.

Screenshots don't really help in this case because it seems like what was said was said over voice, which isn't logged for what I hope should be obvious reasons. Without sufficient evidence to prove otherwise, I can't prove that Mark wasn't told to change the colour to pink and then back to black again.
