Summary/Details: I've taken Termin under gunpoint and told him to take his hands up. Termin then blatantly takes out his pistol whilst under gunpoint and starts shooting me. This is a clear violation of FearRP.

You can see my gun on safety the entire time, visibly armed.

Well with a pistol you are not visibly armed.

I still belive that fearRP is up. You've got a glock in your hand, not that visible. A P90 sub-machine gun is pointed at you so why would you try and start shooting on me? Behind you is a person with a M3 Shotgun too.
