There was a lot of witnesses, not sure if saying I saw it too helps but ya know he did.

He Prop blocked me into my shop when i was building

Not very helpful without further evidence to show proof of the propkill. There's enough to support d/c to avoid, but not propkill.

Different person, so please post a different PR.

Any further evidence before this is closed?

I haven't got anymore with his name.

Approved, user will be given a two week suspension for D/C to avoid due to priors on record indicating a severe lack of intent to RP.
