Steps to Reproduce: - Get a Unmarked police charger
- Put the same lights on
- Turn spotlights on

Ah. That's intentional due to the mode differences between them.
As internet said it's supposed to be like that, turn on the lights and it flashes red/blue.
Just the way the other one works it looks like it's meant to work.
Its the Illumination with photon.
The grill lights are called Whelen Ion Trio.
yeah that is not intentional. If you put the Ion trios on the mirrors it does the same thing
