"Keep in mind: Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead is under zero tolerance and will result in a permanent ban. Providing false statements in the courthouse may also result in a ban or a significant forum warning."

User intentionally provided a false statement in an on-going PR to mislead staff members about the situation being discussed. Actions like this, especially when done maliciously to attempt to misrepresent the truth and hide their own rule breakages, should by no means go without consequence.

Violation of Server Rule (6.3)

You may use props to climb over walls, but only if you actually roleplayed getting them, carrying them over to the wall, and setting
them down in a realistic manner to be climbed – do not spawn them on the spot.

The user clearly spawned a prop to gain an advantage to shoot/climb over defenses inside a property. User already has a current suspension for misuse of Toolgun.

They have provided cut-down video evidence to remove context to avoid getting in trouble themselves which the logs prove. He also lied in regards to accusations made against him, which have been proven to be true. 

Ricky LaFleur is only posting on behalf of John Jong

As  provided:

John Jong had used Ricky LaFleur to post a PR on his own behalf considering his forum account was currently suspended for whatever reason.

Coupcake had called out the evidence as being tampered with (edited and cut short to avoid showing context) along with calling John Jong out for him not mentioning important information that pertained to his own rule breakage during this situation, which involved attempted RDM and abuse of Tools/Props to allow him to prop-climb into their base.




After Coupcake had confronted him - John Jong had Ricky post his response on the thread:

Saying he never prop-climbed and that instead the base got deleted, which then allowed him to walk inside, was clearly providing misleading statements that were proven false by the provided video evidence that shows John Jong executing Coupcake and then spawning a wooden table to then physgun into a position that allowed him to see over entry walls and gain access.

Not only did this verify that Coupcake was correct and that John was lying in the courthouse - it provided evidence of him misusing props and his physgun during a raid to gain an unfair advantage.

How can "I propclimbed in" be translated into "I also never prop climbed, the base got deleted so I just walked in the front door."? More bullshit, cant say I'm surprised though.  You've obviously changed your mind now that the logs and video evidence surfaced. Another lie to add ontop of the ever-expanding list of bullshit

The videos still proves that you lied, these videos still lack evidence of yourself minging and still portray us as the bad guys, when you instigated the entire situation. Even if you didn't edit these, you have still recorded them in a way that incorrectly portrays the situation to avoid getting into trouble. 
Clips I edit also say created and modified at the same time and date due to the fact that they're rendered as a new video/item. 

The entire PR revolves around your hypocrisy and trying to get us into shit, which has in fact backfired, especially now that you've been caught lying. You have clearly tried to mislead the staff to get away with your own rule breaks, while getting us into trouble, which is very low.

You're incredibly hypocritical, especially considering everything in your own report you are being brought up on too! 
Considering your story has changed numerous times, I think you have lost nearly all credibility. Congrats

It is laughable at this point to think that others would buy into this idea that, "I also never prop climbed, the base got deleted so I just walked in the front door." was somehow misinterpreted from "I propclimbed." It simply is not logical considering the added detail mentioning how you gained access due to the base being deleted.

It's simply not possible for this to be a miscommunication and at this point only furthers the narrative that you are modifying your story to try to find a way out of this and unfortunately your corroboration with Ricky may find him in trouble as well as it is starting to paint a picture of you two trying to work together to cover up the truth of this situation.

Ricky removing his statement is not going to resolve this. You now have to answer not only to your prior lies present in the PR referenced in the original post but also now explain whatever the story is this time. Are you going to stick with it being a miscommunication that somehow ended up being so detailed (?) and that you somehow went along with responses and dialogue in that PR without knowing what it said.

Lying is the courthouse is a serious offense and in my opinion you're only escalating the situation further by your poor attempt to change the story and continue to mislead staff. Ricky, I'd advise you yourself to understand your involvement may at some point down the road land you in trouble for simply being the messenger if you continue to cover for your friend and try to help him get out of a situation that he brought upon himself. Nobody will buy into this idea that you misheard him and somehow added <the base got deleted so I just walked in the front door> as this isn't 2003 and you'd be talking through Discord and not through an intercom system at McDonald's in 1998. 

It's either John continues to lie, which isn't hard to believe, or you  are responsible for fabricating a story and making up additional details to attempt to get a friend out of a sticky situation.

John Jong cant reply to any PRs since apparently his messenger is forum banned.

Essentially, both parties, the source and relayer are in the wrong here. Unfortunately, we cannot know to what extent each is, since they are both forum banned.
