Garry's Mod may be a 32-bit game as you have stated twice now, but that's not helping everybody who's having crashing problems. If it's happening to many people across many different machines then it clearly must be a server issue or likely a problem with the current set of addons.
The reason I have stated it is because there isn't much you can do about it. It's just the nature of an old game and an outdated gamemode. You can try to close any Google Chrome tabs, or any other web browser, and try to check the Task Manager to see what is using your RAM but other than that I haven't found out any other 'fixes' to the issue.
Any updates on this? Does the issue still occur, has it fixed itself?
