I feel like you got this wrong and that you think that all we did to ID them was by going top speed past them. That is not how we ID'd them, it's hard to explain. As I tried to explain in the pr we saw them from a distance building and we stopped my car near Rockford Customs/ car dealership and clearly saw them. There me and Fealz Id'd them, we saw their face from before, we hade their clothes from befor and their exact car and nr plate. All of this matched as we where ID'ing them from a distance while they where building. When then proceeded to drive past them fast to go behind them and executed them. This is the part that you can see in the video. I feel like the admin in this case didn't get our idea on how we Id'd them and thougt we just speeded past them and killed them. Why issue a punishment if you don't have a clear picture of the situation? The video only shows the end part of what happend, thats when we had ID'd them alredy and proceded to attack them.
I hope you will get an better idea now and not just jump to conclusion that we didn't properly ID'd them. Because thats exactly what we did before we proceeded and thats why the end result was good?

I made the conclusion as there's no evidence to prove you were where you claim you were. Note the Steam conversation I had with Fealz a little while ago, where he claimed there was no POV footage from either of you to support your claims.
Unless your able to find me something which supports your claims, I'm left with little option but to deny this.
It is correct that we don't have any fotage of the situation as I or Fealz wasen't recording. But me and some friends made an reconstruction on how the situation was, so you easily understand what we did. Note that this is a recounstrion video and not a video from the incident.
So me and Fealz are in the Lambo, we spotted the car and are following them down the road. They set up and start to build down the road. So as you can see me and fealz at 0:09 stops outside rockford car dealership where we had a clear view of their faces and their car. So we stop there and ID'd them. We then from there when we 100 sure, speeds behind them jump out and killing them. Thats what you can see on the video that was posted in the pr. I hope this will clear up things.
I don't understand how we can be punished for not ID'ing them when the video they provided is the last few seconds when we execute them. It dosent give any evidence at all that we didnt id them so why are we being punished for that? It shows the last seconds of the incident and not the whole incident, this is why im questioning the punishment and it feels really unfair. There is no way to prevent being punished for this if people just reported us for ending them because they mugged us and threatend us?
A reconstruction doesn't help at all in this instance. If you look further onwards in the thread, you'll notice an extended video which gives more insight, which is what I reviewed.
Without further evidence, I will be denying this.
Thats all I can provide from my pov. I don't understand what I am supposed to do next time in a similar situation, it's just all because I wasen't recording IDing them which I can't do all the time during gameplay. I don't see either how their video proves that we didn't identifi them because you can't see us from their video you only see us in the end.
Like we clearly didn't RDM, or got the wrong targets, it's obvious that we got it right, we identified them in many steps like their same clothing and faces, same car etc. Then we have clearly successfully identified them?

look pal first of all we did not pull out any wepons back on you, ur trailer is wrong, and you were in the oncoming lane the whole time so ur video is incorrect

You don’t uderstand, first of I never RDM’D you that is a false lie claim from you again. Second of all it was a reconstruction so it dosent have to be the same.
You are givning more lies again we never went full speed with the Lambo we did like 35-40 mph and the full speed with the Lambo is 125 mph so another lie from you.
We saw you guys from the Car dealer ship close to you guys Thats how we saw your faces, Car plates, clothing. After we ID’d you guys from there we came and killed you because you messed with the wrong people PAL.
Why is he even commenting on My UBL request? He has no reason to, he is just giving lies that I RDM’D him? A warning or remove his post because he is just lieing and trying to trigger things up.

i dont own a lambo so i wouldnt know, but yall went mightyy fast past us. even the admin said you were going top speed in the lambo AND a prop was blocking our faces

im posting because i have a valid right to do so. i was involved, i even posted the pr that got you this blacklist. i just wanted to show you my view of things because I have evidence to back it up

With little to no reasonable evidence from your side (a reconstruction wouldn't help, as I would have wanted to seen what it was actually like, not how you claim it to be), I'm left with no choice but to deny this.
I've spoken with another Administrator regarding the case, who agreed that no steps to identify were taken that was shown in the footage, and you wouldn't have been able to identify them without metagaming.
