Currently there does not seem to be any rules covering that anymore, and due to that it appear as if it is infact allowable?

For government, the rule about not killing unarmed people still exists, no signs or anything can override that.

For non-government... let's say you are at your property and someone breaks in:

If you are a job that is non-criminal in nature, you should attempt to put someone under FearRP if they are unarmed to either tell them to bugger off or to detain them and call the police. If the intruder is armed, a citizen who sees someone break into their house with a gun assumes they are a threat and would be allowed to KOS basically. (Does not apply if it's the gov raiding).

If you are a job that is criminal in nature, if someone breaks into your property you can basically do whatever in terms of kill rights. But not like someone walks onto your lawn where you happened to have put a sign that says private property or something, something as minor as that doesn't warrant shooting on sight regardless of job.

i.e if you are gonna shoot someone for BEING somewhere you better make sure they couldn't have gotten there without intent to trespass.

What about government affiliated clans?

Idk
I think they are part of the government so "For government, the rule about not killing unarmed people still exists, no signs or anything can override that"

<Not sure>Smile

Government rules do not apply to custom groups working for the government. HOWEVER, I still cannot imagine many situations where a government clan would need to shoot an unarmed person on sight. So unless it's an exceptional circumstance like someone trespassing on the equivalent of area 51, FearRP > Shooting.

(A government job slot player, cannot fire on an unarmed person, EVEN THOUGH said person, lets say has just run into the firefight, and is now making their way into the raid zone to the criminal side, they are not visibly armed, but chances are high they are a member of the group or an ally, and pretty much anyone can guess that they are metagaming, using the fact they know full well a player will be punished for shooting them when they have no visible weapon on them as their shield, and should they get shot, they will call it in as an invalid kill.

It doesnt really fall into the "failrp" catagory as if the person running in is infact one of the criminal allies or one of them, its their choice to take such action, but it seems odd to say that in a firefight, the criminals can kill anyone they see, for any reason, so long as they are in the combat zone, but police cannot do the same to act in self defence or to pre-empt reinforcements.

Its kind of moot to say one side can and one side cant, when they both should be able to act as they see fit and let the consequences be IC, as if im a Gov allied worker, i can shoot that unarmed person running to the enemy defenses with no consequence, but Bob the cop right next to me, with the same gun, same reason, same information, same everything except for the fact that he has a Blue job title will be punished should he do so.)

("Should" attempt to do so, but in no way is this really a required thing, if someone has broken into a property and the owner or affiliated person of the property, or just another criminal who also broke in see's someone thats not supposed to be there, its kind of their right to take the action they see fit in that situation, and any consiquences would be IC. If a chef blows a guy away with a shotgun he has for self defence, so be it.)

If you are a job that is criminal in nature, if someone breaks into your property you can basically do whatever in terms of kill rights. (Makes sense, no signs that justify a kill for just being in on your lawn or on a street, being in ones house though that's a different story)

i.e if you are gonna shoot someone for BEING somewhere you better make sure they couldn't have gotten there without intent to trespass.

(This is impossible to know before you take the shot, and in no way can be used to justify whether a reason was valid or not, as only after the shot is fired will anyone have the time to check if Bill the Criminal broke in, or the door was simply accidentally left open.

Regardless of his reason for being there, in the end Bill shouldn't have been in a house that was not his own without permission.)
I feel you are indirecting the A37 Gang, which I admit, gets very out of control as ypu can probably tell by the huge amount of people complaining in OOC after about 1am. I and other members are working very hard to stop people in our mega bases doing this, and I seriously apologise if we have harmed yoir roleplay or experience, on my behalf and  other members.

Yes, it is mainly directed at the A37 gang. If you know its a problem then you should prevent it by taking adequate action. It reflects badly on the A37 gang as a whole, not just the single person that did it.
KOS is stupid and if it's allowed I plan to go full dark rp with it to show you exactly why you need a "No KOS" policy.  Just sayin.
Can I put up a "Trespassers will be shot on sight" sign near the front of my base and if anyone comes on my property I shoot them? A Lot of  places have these types of signs
