I've told him not to do this but as usual he just ignored me.

He keeps spawning props like these and doing bullshit with them.

As the screenshots don't show how harmful this was to his surroundings, I will only be giving him a permanent warning but if he happens to continue his behaviour in the future, it should result in a heavier punishment.
