i blame internet

yeah its like 1 letter. idk if you guys changed it to prevent people from reading excerpts of hidden staff messages, but its annoying so please no.

I am not sure what this is based for or what you require assistance with.

I am asking why the excerpt only shows one letter, essentially rendering it a completely useless part of the mail.

Why not just remove the segment as a whole then?
