Summary: I was a police officer, drove past a DB5 that said " [ANPR] Owner of Aston Martin DB5 - Licence Plate: DICE is wanted for arrest"
Began to pull over the vehicle, it evaded and slowed down on Richard drive. I pulled my AR-15 out and said to turn off the engine, then Fealz jumps out with his gun while under gunpoint and kills me. He then executes me and says "(<3) (Local OOC) Fealz: I'd like to see you claim RDM on this aswell"

1. I had my gun equipped inside of the car, so I was never under FearRP.
2. I was getting chased by officers that had shot at me previously and that's the reason why I killed you, didn't want to risk getting myself killed and I would rather kill an officer to keep myself alive.
3. What I wrote in LOOC was a joke, but obviously, you got offended and can't handle a joke. Won't ever joke around with you again, I'm terribly sorry.

1. Yes you were under fearrp. You cant shoot while you're in a car. You know perfectly well that going in a car with a gun equipped doesn't somehow make you exempt from fearrp xd
2. No you weren't, you were driving around town knowingly with an arrest warrant trying to bait people to chase you. You tried baiting me twice and kept saying "fuck the police" every time you passed trying to get me to chase you.
3. Im not offended, its just pretty clear that you think you can get away with whatever you want since you have high hours. And no, please dont joke with me any more, friends joke to each other, I dont know you.
EDIT: Also found this in the rules. "You are not considered visibly armed when you are seated in a vehicle, regardless of whether you are holding a weapon in hand or not. "
I thought the normal fearRP rules applied when you are in a vehicle as well. I made a mistake and I won't repeat it.

Huh, you'd think if you're on your third "last" chance, you might know fearrp rules a little better.

You should stop taunting in the courthouse, you did it on your other PR too. Not my fault you've been permed 3 times.
Alright so, if discussed this with a few colleagues and have looked over the evidence, I've also spoken with the Administrator whom issued the last chance and clarified that it still stands.
Now considering you have a last chance it will be reinstated due to you breaking fearRP, the rule is written clear and there is no excuse for not knowing this is how FearRP works.
Approved.
