Server [Rockford/Build/Event]:  BUILD

Description:
In build server you cannot spawn fire truck, police cars, only ambulances can be spwaned + You cannot drive them.
Bug observed since: 18.5.2018 
Images/Screenshots: No need
Steps to Reproduce: Just spawn them, nothing hard.

Yes this is still an issue.

The message when you try and spawn it in is "You must be part of the police force!"

Ford Interceptor
Police Crown Vic
Marked Dodge Charger
Unmarked Dodge Charger
