Summary: So, Ford Raptor (Gold) & White Doge was recless driving and avading police I goto intercept and Doge peels off. I chace the raptor and doesnt stop. I continue and pin it. Get out and pull my weapon. He runs... I continue to follow him and he runs AGAIN.... I get him down a ally and get my tazer out. He then runs AGAIN!! Finally we get him down. After we get him up he runs AGAIN!
