Summary: Basically, a raid happened and this guy got salty because he got killed. Racism/disrespect in LOOC.

Yeah was a witness to this, he was accidentally killed in the crossfire and decided to come back (breaking NLR) and holler abuse in LOOC at the officers on scene.
