Why didnt you ban him for FailRP tho? I think messing with a lottery wheel as SWAT Leader is FailRP.
Not to come off as rude, but isn't that is irrelevant since there is no rule prohibiting me "messing" with the prop(s). Also, I don't think I broke any rules, and if I did, could you please tell me? If I did, then I stand corrected and will of course explain myself.
Breaking my wheel while playing SWAT Leader is FailRP. You should be doing your RP instead of making someone's life hard.
I find you in violation of FailRP and 6.1 at present, seeing how your messing around with props when you shouldn't really be. Not to mention the fact that your SWAT here.

Please note: Prior to my approval, I had asked a member of staff independent from this case surrounding the rules being violated, who agreed that it would be a breach of the above mentioned rules, this was to prevent any bad judgement on my half considering how the accused has recently been banned by myself.
