Summary: He RDM'd me. There was a shooting at Main Street and I wasn't involved at all , I was just standing there. Then I wanted to run away from these shots and I just got shot from him without any reason. I was completely unarmed and no danger to anyone.

So, I pull up and I see a guy in a suit shooting cops, a bunch of people are running around the building (190 Main St) and come out at the other end of the alleyway. I see a guy in a suit I shoot him as I think it's the suspect.
In my opinion, I think this is a waste of time, posting a PR. It could've been dealt with by communicating with me.
That's still no excuse to shoot an unarmed citizen. Also the guy with the suit was black + got some hairs on top of his head.
The character of my Suit is bald + white.
Anyway I'll just let an admin deal with it. I can't be bothered to discuss things
You should ensure that the target matches your description and that they're who your expecting Hank. You're supposed to this before shooting, not after.

Player clearly shot someone who posed no direct threat at the time, and I don't see it viable how you'd come to the conclusion not to see whether the person is armed first before shooting at them. As mentioned above, you're supposed to see if the target matches the description, who you're expecting and if they actually pose a threat before shooting.
Player will be issued a 3 hour Weapons and Police blacklist for invalid use of lethal force.
