Description: Quite recently you are able to get inside of the greens bins around the map (shell,car dealership)

From what I'm aware this isn't a bug as such but rather comes down to what version of the props for the world you have installed locally.   that correct ?

I mean it's helpful if doing homelessness rp or hiding from cops or someone.

Being able to get inside bins sounds a lot like a feature, not a bug?
