Summary: So Tyrone was taking all of his arrests so I suggested to not take it OOC and he responded with this:

Let me start off by saying that Brin has been harassing me and John for weeks on end. Whenever me or him is on the server he attacks us for no reason about everything. While maybe not breaking a specific rule, he is targeting us for everything we do. I'll ask if anyone's selling food for example, and he will constantly keep replying with shit like "no one cares, starve" and stuff like that. He has a grudge against us for no reason and it was getting to the point where I was getting so pissed off at him doing this to everything I say that I snapped. I snapped because he's been harassing us non stop and no matter how many reports I make nothing will fucking change with his constant bombardment of toxic messages and passive aggression. Sorry for snapping, do what you will, go ahead and punish me. I can't lie, neither do I have evidence. I am just stating why I said what I said.
Player report approved.
Upon checking logs, there is further evidence to the accused disrespecting in an OOC manner, and as a result, a 2 hour OOC blacklist will be issued. I'd also like to take this opportunity to point out one of the statements we have in the header section of our rules:
Quote:Limelight's CityRP is a roleplay server - losing is part of the game. You can turn a negative experience into a positive one by working with the RP. Sometimes you will die, be arrested or otherwise be forced into situations you don't necessarily want to be in. RP isn't about winning or losing however, but making the best of what happens and enjoying the journey, as events are often out of your control. No matter how good you are, or how prepared you are, sometimes you will lose.
Rather than shouting and screaming when something doesn't go right, roll with it. See if you can turn it into a positive experience.
Upon checking the logs for this situation, I failed to see anything to support harassment from Brin, though I'll say now, if this is happening then now's your time to stop. Brin's response was perfectly valid - yours, not so much.
Thanks for the report.
