im trying to add someone to my clan and when i do it says in game that they have joined although on the website it says hes not in my clan and when i try to promote him it says this member does not exist the steam id of the person im trying to add and promote is  STEAM_0:1:105679680

please help

Okay the issue is the person hasn't left there other clan.

So get them to leave the current clan
then invite them again using /clan invite [SteamID]
Should be fixed



For promoting someone you use clan manager.
