So last night, I was transferring items to a friend, Judge Rage (STEAM_1:1:59572596). The items were taken from my inventory, but he hasn't received them. Items transferred: 6 SCAR-20s, 6 AWMs, 1 P90, 1 M14, 4 Mechanical Parts.

Is the transfer still pending or did the system break?
has been notified and has replied knowing a simular issue that had been reported. He said he'll take a look into the case tommorow.
Any update?
I apologise for the delay to you and however I won't have access till the weekend (perhaps tomorrow night or Saturday), I can confirm to you however that both of your items are logged as taken away and logged in the database as needed to be given to the other people.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Updates?
Due to exam season I've been extremely busy, I've just looked into Boshines and completed it. Looking into yours now.
Problem identified. Please be extremely careful with the SteamID's you enter and which sites you use to convert. Judge rages SteamID isn't STEAM_1:1:59572596 it's actually STEAM_0:1:59572596. I'll manually change this and Judge Rage should receive the items the next time he logs in.
I’ll keep this open till the problem is confirmed fixed.
The same thing happened with me, do  not use https://steamidfinder.com/ as it gives you the wrong steam ID.  Instead use https://steamid.xyz/

Or you can use the Limelight membership purchase page, that way you also only receive results from players on Limelight and won't have to sort through (as many) players.

ForceGhost

Or we have a dedicated SteamID finder: https://limelightgaming.net/services/steamid/index.php
Aye, the issue is that both SteamIDs are valid. Newer games tend to use STEAM_1, whereas GMod and older games use STEAM_0
