I've already discarded the "they are friends argument".
I have not seen any signs of bias in this case, so that's not where the focus will lie.
Do you have any other arguments, or anything else you wish to add to this case?
I've made my points many times, but for clarity no i have no more information to add.
Thank you.
I keep seeing my name thrown around and never responded to much of anything since I thought it was pretty cut and dry proving the RDM. Especially when I have other things to do, hope you all understand.
As a witness statement;
Had a few laughs with Jokhah, told him how I wanted to build a junkyard/used car dealer lot in that spot, and during that time I saw a cop running toward us with a mp5. The ex-admin in me said "that guy is most likely going to blow your brains out", which was completely right... In the timespan of three seconds, he yelled at me to get on the ground, to which I tried to respond, but before I could finish/mid-sentence, he gunned me down. I didn't have time to get on the ground as I was dead by then. If I was a new player, I wouldn't have had enough time to even type "how do I get on the ground" in local OOC. It was blatant RDM and he tried to validate it by bending the FEARRP rules.
My personal own opinion is I don't see any abuse, only a member of the staff team doing their job. They went above and beyond, checked logs, asked questions and entertained your responses, and obviously viewed the video very meticulously judging by his responses.
I'll leave it at that, if any of you need any responses and or information from me, kindly forum PM me since it'll get my attention quicker as I don't stalk threads. I apologize if this isn't my place, but I keep seeing my name and was the main protagonist that suffered from a direct rule infraction. Thanks in advance!

With the evidence available, I see no reason to fault Internet's review and end conclusion of the PR. While the evidence in the PR might lack some context for the start, it's covered up by your own replies in the video which in my opinion clearly shows that you had no real legitimate reason to kill player Grub. Basically, your own statement(s) in the video cover up any holes that there might be with the start of the recording.
"It doesn't matter, I can choose to get rid of the suspect all I want" is false. If you wish to get rid of a suspect who poses no direct threat to you by shooting and killing them, then you will very likely end up with another punishment in the future as this is simply not correct.
I would have approved the PR myself and issued you a punishment for excessive use of force and RDM.
As I've mentioned previously in this thread in regards to your other evidence:
Quote:I need to mention at this point that having someone in their contact list on Steam does not automatically make one your friend.
Personally, I have loads of people in my friends-list who I'm not really friends with. There are also people in my list that I have no idea who are, but who've added me because I'm a staff-member on Limelight.
Therefore, I'll disregard this argument/evidence.
All in all, I see no reason to think that the PR was miss-handled in any way. The PR against you seems valid and I would have approved it myself.
I see no abuse of power or authority, nor do I see any concerns regarding any possible bias from the reviewing staff-member.
