Could be due to the lower/uppercase bug I observed years ago.
Please make sure to rename your folders to contain lowercase letters.
Soon, I will publish an update that automatically takes care of that.

I have just come on and I did a dupe with caps and a dupe without caps into a folder with a lowercase name and it worked fine.
Don't believe there has been a fix for it.
Ill test again.
New storage-api update has been released.

- When creating/renaming a folder/file, the name will be transformed into lowercased version.
