So when I put a YouTube video on the small TV I would need to click E to turn it off then on again for me to watch it and during this time I would get a error but if someone else put something on I wouldn't need to turn it off then on again.

People have said to download adobe flash player but it has not fixed it.
, go ahead and go to this link for me and try that: https://store.steampowered.com/gotflash.
Any update on this, ?
Still an issue.
Cole suggestion didn't fix it.
Is flash installed on your computer?

Yep.
I get the exact same issue as this.

I can't get the "Flash 11 for other browsers" option.
For anyone who is still having issues, I recommened looking though some threads on the Steam Forums about Flash as this is mainly directed for issues linked via steam. I've poked some threads below.

, do you still persist to have this issue?

Yes
Is this a recent or new issue?

Has it worked in the past before?

Is there anything that might be preventing steam from using Flash Player?

I've given up to be truthful.
Doesn't seem to be a fix.
are you playing on a Mac?

Also go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and get FP 29 for Firefox - NPAPI
