Summary: failrp - He lock picked an illegally parked car as a cop instead of getting a warrant.
Evidence:
Based on what you have shown this appears to be an in-character action that is entirely handable In-character.

The accused in question has moved the vehicle maybe 1-2 meters away from its original location, and based on the video I see this as a non-issue unless more evidence can be provided to show malicious intent.

Do you have any further evidence to show?
I did an illegal action, I don't see how this is an OOC matter, you could have gone to my superior and get it dealt with. Noted the vehicle was moved a few meters and the fact the suspect was under arrest meaning I had probable cause to access it.

To clarify:
I was riding along with another officer, the tahoe and caravan where blocking the repair pump, I exited to move the vehicle to the next pump, lock it and turn it off.

i was literally getting a warrant for him. if you knew he was being arrest why didn't you wait the minute it took to get the warrant, instead of using a lockpick as a cop to break into someone's car?
This report is denied due to a lack of evidence showing malicious intent in the actions of the accused.

Every action shown in your evidence was non-malicious and entirely in character.

If you do not like that an officer has lockpicked a car to move it out of the way, notify their boss and handle it in-character.
