Well a screenshot of the pannel with the right settings

Have an uneven number for resistance, for example 0.07.

Other than that, play around with it and you should eventually find a number that's good.

I recommened playing around with it on Build or Singleplayer. It is literally the best way to learn about Tools and building qualities.
