Yesterday morning I had paid £1.50 for the money pack, this was to receive 50k. However the whole of yesterday I did not receive that 50k. I was just wondering what I should do, ask for a refund or wait for the 50k.
Your money pack is currently in the remote database, stating that it's not been completed. If you reconnect, it should be applied.
Is this resolved or do you still require assistance?
