I'm pretty sure you can Lockpick the Limo.

You can't lockpick the Limo. It is the same with the S.W.A.T Van.
When was that added? I used to see people driving stolen limos all the time

This has been a thing since launch. We have had issues in the past with both limo and swat van that they were lockpickable and if this is the case then a bug report for the devs would be the right answer.
Do you have anymore questions or still uncertain about anything, ?
This is just a giant circle. as Jokah explained
Bulletproof car = No Fearrp.
Roleplaying forcing them out of the car = Powergaming
Refusing to play part of the roleplay= FailRP

This will lead to that people hoping that these indivuals will go along with the roleplay.
Otherwise it will end up that they will start shouting at eachother for breaking server rules, and results in poor roleplaying.

I think its better off to have fearrp on all vehicles, bulletproof or not.

These two vehicles (limousine and SWAT van) were created so that FearRP could be avoided, you just have to become a bit creative.
Killing the President should be a big deal, not just something you do on your way to another location.

You just have to get a bit creative. Use a molotov if you're lazy, get a tow and drag the car out to the lake and drown the bastards inside, get them to a recycling plant and crush the car to pieces, you could cut off the car's antenna, making the President unable to communicate with the outside world and inherently worthless to the city, there are plenty of different ways to kill someone!

If it was impossible to cause harm to the people inside the limo at all I would perhaps agree with you, but I don't think that killing someone, least of all the president, should be something you do easily.

As it stands, I haven't seen this as a problem previously, people seem to have no problem getting rid of the president if they really want/need to.

The question has not been answered.  The issue isn't about the content, but about the rules that apply to the content.

Specifically: SWAT Van + Limo = Bulletproof.  Bulletproof = No Fear RP.  Using /me to force actions = Powergaming.  What is the official process, in ruling, for Bulletproof vehicles, so it is clearly defined on how to interact with persons inside.

At the present, there are opinions, but there are no rule exceptions outlining this procedure.  Since this is a completely predictable and content related issue, it needs to be outlined clearly as to how to proceed, and to have the #a sections added to the two effected rules to avoid any confusion or possible administrative action.

Enzyme stated he is taking the matter to the team, so I'm waiting on the actual outcome of this.

There have been a few events where there was mass drama over the limo and the persons inside refusing to get out of the vehicle.  Since doing a /me that forces an outcome is classified as power gaming, there is no way to force them out.  The methods to kill the persons in the back have already been outlined, however if fear rp doesn't apply and the /me is technically powergaming, the passenger can simply refuse to acknowledge the action and not get out and not be in the fail rp section, by technicality.   Basically, adding in vehicles with special rules, without adding those rules, creates loophole.

What if I want to get the person out without killing them?

My question is, if you added special rules to the car I.E.: It's immune to fear rp because it's bulletproof, then made it immune to any form of outside access, why wasn't this outlined before?
The staff discussion was carried out and concluded a few days ago, now awaiting the implementation of the agreed upon solution. Will be updated and concluded once that's done.

Until the solution is implemented, FearRP does NOT apply to people inside bulletproof vehicles, unless somehow allowed via RP (which does not happen without either both parties' consent or staff consent cause powergaming). So if you do get into a situation where someone refuses to get out of the vehicle no matter what you do and they are stuck, resulting in a prolonged stalemate, contact a member of staff in-game to see if an RP solution is possible.

This should no longer be an issue after implementation.

Thank you very much, I cannot wait to see this resolved.
Do you have anymore questions regarding FearRP with Vehicles?
Waiting to see this new thing implemented, then this can be resolved.
Do you have any other queries regarding this topic, Jokhah?
