By the time you ordered me to step out of the vehicle I must've been going at least 20mph in reverse and hence why I didn't stop. At that moment in time, when I stepped out of the vehicle, from what I can remember about this I had killed or injured a Police Officer but it may have been a SWAT officer, can't recall that much detail, I decided to run due to that fact. You can see when I noticed you were right behind me with the weapon I stopped on the spot without hesitation.
Also, just out of curiosity, may I ask why this video has been posted a month later it was uploaded to YouTube?

- 2.1 - You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you
- and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations. You must follow the
- orders of the person(s) who have you under FearRP, you may not draw a weapon on them, attack them, or run away from them.
I was very clearly standing there with my weapon out ordering you to stop, when you exited the vehicle you exited facing towards me with my weapon up ordering you to stop, you then procceded to turn around and flee

To add to that, half of the time you wasn't in microphone range. The only point you were in microphone range were at the very start of the video where I had already started reversing and wouldn't have been able to stop in time and at the very end where I noticed you had the AR-15 out right behind me and hence why I decided to stop dead on the spot.

Is there anymore to the video, from before it started recording or after it ended to add further context?

The microphone range is around 5 metres where you can see I was clearly more than 5 metres away from you for a majority of the time. This is going to be my final post before staff request input on this.

I'm oh so far away huh?
Also what else do you want , the 5 minutes prior of me chasing him across the map?
Also what else do you want

If you have the video showing before and after he complied it would add to the context before a decision is made.

The video ends right where he stops, but I will upload the reason for the initial stop and the pursuit if you wish.

Reviewed and concluded.
After an internal discussion, it was found that the accused player broke in fact fearRP.
This case raised a question as to how old evidence can be before it expires and staff should no longer act upon it. It has been agreed upon that evidence older than 1 month will be considered expired.
This case will however be exempt from this rule as the evidence is valid and that the player did break fearRP. The player will be issued a punishment in form of a ban for the fearRP breakage that took place.
The accused player was clearly under fearRP and the player knew very well that he was under gunpoint which is why the player abandoned the car instead of trying to drive away to begin with. The player should have stopped and come to terms with the fact that he was indeed under fearRP, and should have avoided running as far as he did before finally stopping.
