Description: Stell's tag is doubled at the ban page. No idea if this is a one-time bug as it's his first ban/blacklist/warning.
Bug observed since: Today.

Steps to Reproduce: Just go onto the ban side maybe?

That's due to a mess up in the way that Stell made his ACP login, and development are already aware.
