Summary: Mr.Shitrit went to a call about a guy down (ItzBasPxC who called him to him in the OOC chat) Which is metagaming. ItzBasPxC Had a gun on him which was reported by the medic, I go to arrest him, he is fairly compliant but keeps moving around when told not to and he also jumps into his car once while in handcuffs. Mr. Shitrit also went paramedic job solely to revive ItzBasPxC who had called out in OOC about having died and requesting someone go medic.

This is the same evidence that you used for your previous PR, which doesn't show anything other than BOO walking around armed, masked as a citizen. Could you please provide better evidence to highlight wrongdoing for the accused player?
