Summary: RDM. I was not the one involved in the shooting, and Maveric knew this as we met 100 meters away from the house while a firefight was taking place. When everyone was shooting I felt it would be a perfect time to steal a car. So I lockpicked a car, and guess what, I get shot with a shotgun the instant I succeeded. Not a valid reason to kill someone.

A quick question relevant to this, ( in my opinion) why did you attempt to steal my car in an active shootout. Personally I find that a bit fail RP ish

Because it is a perfect time. You were distracted trying to neutralize the shooter.
As it was a shootout and I could not trust you since you matched the description of 1 suspect. I left the house to re group with another officer and to resupply. Also I believe it is a bit Fail RP ish to steal a police car right next to a police shootout. Anyone near it is considered a danger and as I had my gun pointed at you and you jumped in my car so I guessed you'd attempt to drive away so I shot once.

The guy who called the 911 call told you specifically that I was not the suspect who shot with the AK-47. If I jumped in my car, you should of warned me before shooting. On my screen, I never even jumped into the car.
You could have pulled a gun when we were inside you still matched the description and the back door was open. You were counted as a threat since you were a possible threat, since you were close to the shootout.
The guy who called 911 said that the suspect had a mask and a weapon/AK-47. I was an anarchist, thus I cannot remove my mask. I had no weapons on me, if I had an AK-47 you would have seen that on my back. By the time you arrived, you saw the suspect shooting at the car, which makes your character know that I wasn't the guy the 911 caller was talking about, as you saw the masked guy with the AK-47 with a full body kevlar. And the fact that the 911 caller specifically told you that I am not the guy who shot at him. Both I and the 911 caller were about the get taken hostages, so I was in a way also a victim. Now, with this knowledge that your character had collected, you should have known that I was not the threat. You should also know that I am an anarchist, thus I only commit petty crimes such as mugging and stealing cars.
So you killing me without a warning while lockpicking your car was FailRP.
You jumped into my car when I had a gun pointed at you. So I mean anyone would have shot you could have evaded if I didnt.
You could have said "Stop! Do not drive away", and then I would be under FearRP and thus not eligible for driving away.
You still were under fear RP even if I didnt say anything I had a gun pointed at you and you entered the vehicle.

You must follow the orders of the person(s) who have you under FearRP
You gave me no orders whatsoever, as the video shows.
2.1 You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within microphone range of you
and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations.
was on you could have opened the RDM menu. But in the evidence, you contradict yourself by hovering over it and clicking "This Was Not RDM" When you knew that there was a staff member online at the time.
How do you know I did not act afraid? I literally stood still and was lockpicking. Also, I decided to report on the forum as I have had bad times reporting in-game. Much better with evidence and all here.
I know you werent afraid since you jumped in your car whilst you still were under fear rp as rule 2.1 states.
