Summary: I wanted to pick up a taxi for a ride but unfortunately I got driven over. I became injured but the taxi driver did not call the EMS to revive me.

Whilst we would issue a punishment for an intentional CDM, or an accidental CDM which is not RP'd, this situation was RP'd, and I fail to see this as a CDM. You were injured by the side of the vehicle, whilst running into the road.
