It will be reviewed as soon as possible by our Developers.
Some videos do not work when embeded, and the TV uses it in that way I believe. I'd say try a different video.

From what I can find GMOD's default browser doesnt have HTML5 support but no idea on how to fix/change this.

Do you have Flash for the Steam Browser ?
