Description: Turns out if any user runs from a cop who's cuffing the user, they may use any sort of weapon they have equipped
Bug observed since: Today

Steps to Reproduce: User must run away from the officer who's cuffing the player while the animation is playing, once the hands are in the tied position, player can really much use any sort of weapon (as shown in the images)

It will be reviewed as soon as possible by our Developers.
As far as I know nothing can be done as it is still running the animation at time of movement. Although the hand positions are not realistic if an officer has one half of the cuffs on you and you sprint away you still have use of your hands as they are not tied together.
The animations are fired off prior to cuffing. The final cuffed animation and cuffed state are done at the same time. This isn't really a bug.
