Steps to Reproduce: Drive ambulance up a hill and it will turn the wheel it self

Can confirm this happens.

You need to drive up US-64 from US-76.

So it happens when going on downhill?

Why don't we just revert to the default handling until this one can be sorted out? I believe this has been an issue for well over a year now.
