You didn't shoot Vadar no, you shot at the OP. My mistake, typing too fast.

Alright, so my review of logs, other evidence, and chats with other members of staff have revealed some fairly interesting details upon running through everything again for a sanity check. I'd appreciate your response to this and . For parts where logs are used to back my claims, blue will be Vadar, green will be Izy and red will be the OP (Sivu)

Nothing suspicious happened on Vadar's half at the exact point of the stop. There I can see that Vadar sent no messages out to people, and there was no clear indication that Vadar was stopped by the police. I can also see logs coming from Izy's half which show pretty much the same thing. No direct communication with Vadar, but was mass-manufacturing.

Now if we look towards the part where Vadar asks the cop if he's serious, I can see that Izy immediately switches to Corleone Member.

Vadar then proceeds to ask Sivu, the officer, if there's a problem. To which he responds "Yeah", followed by Izy arming up with a SCAR-H and Kevlar. After that, obviously the interaction with  happens, then once the pursuit is just about to begin, Izy makes the killshot on the officer. The log showing the kill has been made bold.

From the beginning when you approached the officer Vadar, you were placed under FearRP. You shouldn't of been able to call for backup. I'm not entirely sure how Izy knew at that exact moment where you'd be, what was going on or even who to shoot (if any person at all, because again, this wasn't communicated by any in-character means)

This also raises an additional allegation of metagaming for the both of you, as well as a FearRP case on Vadar and Elliot Alderson's half which obviously carries serious consequences, considering earlier you told me your headphones were out. This would of made no difference to your ability to follow FearRP, as all orders given to you were made via chat. If you're attempting to type something out which is going to be long, you should prioritize following those orders first.

If your headphones were out, I'm interested to know how Izy knew the specific details of the situation, and how the target was identified successfully.

Izy, I'm also not sure why you made the killshot on the officer. It's clear that he was no longer interested in apprehending Vadar and that his attention was redirected to Elliot Alderson. Why would you shoot at the officer when he poses no credible risk?

I didn't once state that my headphones were out, I did however say that I was unable to use my microphone for obvious reasons that this took place I believe 1AM in the morning and due to personal circumstances of the people who live in my household I don't use any vocal communication in early hours.

Now with my last response I did say that in the future I will prioritize those orders. From what said he started shooting at the cop due to the OP firing upon "" which would be very audible from quite a distance away. Are you able to see spawn locations of  to see if he travelled to the area of which this took place or did he spawn there/near ?

I did in fact spawn VERY near to the location at hand! If you can look you will be able to see this is very true! Look at the logs for me recently? When I am corleone member I ALWAYS Equip my weapons as I feel a gang member does need to be armed. Carrying a gun as a gang member is not against the rules. These events occurred in quick succession. Yesterday when playing on MULTIPLE Occasions I equipped my weapons upon spawning. Feel free to ask Dr Internet about this but when we were RPing the other day He arrested me once I got out literally minutes later I had another gun out. Cause he searched me not long after and guess what? I was armed. I heard the gun fire and responded.

It was an error on Elliots part. He had forgotten to change his job role to Camel Cartel and for this we can only apolgise. His use for the gun dealer I believe was a while before hand and due to this we had forgotten his job role. This was an error on our part and for this we can only say sorry but ALL THREE Of us were ALL Part of the same gang and farmed Contra together.

If I had the intentions to stall I most likely would have done something more severe to do so. I asked "Are you serious right now" as all I did was loose control which as we will both know Garry's Mod vehicle handling is not realistic at all. Most people that RP as a cop take this into consideration and asking two short questions without a need or had a lengthy response is hardly stalling. Elliot are you able to give input to your actions at all ?

It seems extremely convenient that you're focused on asking questions which will allow you to realize the intentions of what the officer had with you (ie an arrest, fine, warning etc) than immediately following his orders.

How does "Are you serious right now" prompt the other person to say what they are going to do regarding the matter. Fair enough if I said "What's going to happen from here?" or "So what now" etc. but I didn't. Typically when you a stopped by an officer usually you ask the reasoning for your stop or give some response to whatever has previously taken place. Can you post the logs previous to where you started where he requested putting my hands up as I would like to see the timestamps of everything occurring.

The quote above reflects whether the officer is going to proceed with an arrest or whether they're prepared to let you go. You can usually judge this from their response.

I would classify "Are you serious right now" as a rhetorical question. If he wasn't serious why would he start his car, drive out and proceed to put his lights on to pull me over. Now from the video at the time of search I was carrying a shorty shotgun that was loaded, If I really wanted to kill the officer or get away wouldn't I just drive away and initiate a pursuit as a Ford Mustang with a top speed around 110MPH would leave the cruiser behind or pull the shotgun on the officer whilst he was still in the car ? There was multiple options I could have taken If I wished to do to get away from the officer.

Can you post the rest of the logs please as I would like to make my own dissection of them regarding timings and what they show.

Those are the only logs prior to the ones shown in my post above which are relevant to this. The logs clearly show you not obeying orders. I'm not sure why this is trying to be disputed.

39 seconds of conversation seems to hardly be delaying. Like I said, no intentions or trying to delay the traffic stop at all. Whole situation prior to cuffing took less that 1 Minute. Also 39 seconds for 4 chat submissions is both realistic and also is quite low.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the key vision for Limelight from a Business point of view is to "Create a simulated world promoting RP in a variety of ways". It seems to be that you are inferring in a traffic stop that I shouldn't ask any questions, ask why I'm being pulled over or have any conversation at all really or a 39 second conversation is seen as delaying. Can a verdict be delivered on this shortly as this seems to be going around in circles and by the looks of it and is not going to reply. His last login was after the posting of this thread.

Alright, question for , and .

At any point, was a third party communication tool or software used to share in-character information where it wouldn't of been possible to share said information using in-game mechanics? For example, if you were under gunpoint then obviously you wouldn't of been able to radio in for backup, or if you're under NLR, then of course you wouldn't be able to describe your past life.

I must also remind you that lying in the courthouse is seen as a very serious offense, which can lead up to a permanent suspension.
