If I was to buy Membership and pay £10 I would be able to buy the Dodge Chargers and I would get 180 day Membership, once the 180 day Membership has expired will I still have the dodge chargers in my inventory?

It stays in your inventory but you cant use it until you get membership again.

It will still be in your inventory. You will be able to sell it but not use it. Next time you buy membership, you will be able to use it again.
