Well, that has nothing to do with this PR, so it is useless.

So to clarify:
You arrested a paramedic, for attempting to heal a wounded suspect.
Why exactly would you arrest him if this is infact the case.
To many people have been argueing in this topic instead of posting fact and evidence to back their claims, so no more of that as all it has done is muddy the waters.

The paramedic's job is very clear. Its job is to take care of the wounded and take care of bodybags not to intervene in arrests by police and raidings by police and SWAT. I called the paramedic via the radio stating "EMS to standby in case anything happens". What the paramedic did was unacceptable and I told him multiple times that it was.
The behavior of the paramedic was outrageous in the in-game scenario as he interrupted the SWAT and Police formation around 1 Richard Drive and blocked my path multiple times even after I warned him at least three times to get cover and do his job. There were armed men in the house at 1 Richard Drive and I did not want the paramedic to get injured as we need him. Yet he ignored this and continued his unacceptable behavior.
I arrested him for a good and acceptable reason. Also, he could have dealt with the situation better.
1) Firstly, he could have listened to the orders and stopped interrupting formations and a raid by taking cover behind his vehicle and doing his job.
2) Secondly, he could have taken it IC by calling me to the jails by making a 911 call, or the higher executives of the government to jail (Vice president and president).
3) Thirdly, he could have taken it to the court in the game and hire a lawyer.
So player reporting, in my opinion, is unnecessary and my arrest was for a good reason. If the paramedic made FailRP, is up to the staff, but I do suspect FailRP. None the less, my arrest was not a problem and I should not be judged by it.
Thank you.

None of what youve listed is a reason to arrest a paramedic though?
Dec 16, 2017, 11:11 PM
So if he interrupts a raid and formation of police and SWAT, I cannot arrest him? He was trying to save the suspected criminal and he was not there to heal him as the suspected criminal was not injured.
Also like I said, he could have taken it IC by:
1) Firstly, he could have listened to the orders and stopped interrupting formations and a raid by taking cover behind his vehicle and doing his job.
2) Secondly, he could have taken it IC by calling me to the jails by making a 911 call, or the higher executives of the government to jail (Vice president and president).
3) Thirdly, he could have taken it to the court in the game and hire a lawyer.
Therefore, I request this PR to be totally closed and no actions to be made against me.
Thanks.

The paramedic in no way interrupted SWAT nor any police formation that was poised to raid. He was behind the cars, behind the firing lines. While you were doing the arrest, I was attempting to negotiate with the man inside the house. When I turned around, you were arresting the paramedic on the opposite side of the street.

The purpose is to show that from memory, that paramedic never once was in the way of anything pretaining to the police situation.

Without further evidence showing context, i cannot act.
You have 24hrs to provide more evidence with context to show the situation.

BlackDog, if you mean me;
I shall not be required to show evidence of anything! I am not the one making an allegation. They are mudding the water without proving their statements like you said. It doesn't make ANY SENSE that I am required to prove anything, but not the one who makes the PR.
The paramedic made FailRP, nobody complains about that. Why? Let the one who makes the allegation and PR show evidence.
If actions are made against me by a PR without sufficient evidence, then that is unfair. I do not accept this!
Therefore, I request this PR to be totally closed and no actions to be made against me.
If not;
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I have submitted evidence of the arrest, in the player report, that is all the evidence I have and was able to require at the time due to me being not able to access logs

They do not show:
3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP).
11.4 - You may kill/injure other government members, but only if they are an immediate threat to your life, the lives of innocent people, or if it

how is me tending to someone after they have been tased Fail RP ?
I submit to articles saying what the effects of someone being tased are and that they should seek medical attention after being shot with a taser due to when the electrodes pierce the skin they need to be removed and disposed of with Bio-hazard safety in mind.

Then you should stop interrupting formations and a firefight between 5 men and SWAT + police team. Also, stop interrupting arrests and get involved in them (FailRP). Not your job, do your job. Listen to orders.
Also like I said, you could have taken it IC by:

Also, [L²:M] Nightmare and I took care of this. Pay attention to the 6381 ban ID. Of course, if this is the same situation (which I doubt).
Dec 17, 2017, 12:34 AM
No, this was a different situation.
