Description: When the refund check happens for seeded pots, more seeds than normal are being refunded. I was at 0 seeds. I bought 10 seeds. Haven't bought seeds since, now I have 33 Seeds. This bug is killing a portion of the BMD's market sales.
Bug observed since: Few days ago, had to isolate what caused it, this is the only explaination
