I do not believe the Undercover Dodge Charger is able to be used by S.W.A.T Officers however they will be able to use a civilian dodge charger with the ELS Light addition from the ECVU Update that has recently turned up.

We don't not take Steam Wallet Money. Only PayPal is able to work for purchasing membership.
