Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
This new UV light, is useful: increasing yield and speed of growth of weed, it allows more income for players. However, this UV suffers a bug in which, the light can spill onto other surfaces outside the contained area it is in.
Gopnik saw this, at my house.(Fig. 1) While pulling up to my house, I saw an officer pacing outside my house. Upon pulling onto my drive, the officer approached me and told me to leave my vehicle. He told me I was reckless driving, which surprised me, due to the fact he just says it without even addressing my name. He detains me and without even asking my name, details or anything at all, I was warranted. I asked if he had my car on radar as proof. He didn't say much, he just muttered. So I ask him what my number plate is without looking at it. He uses the in-game chat to display this, however it took him some time, which, although I cannot prove, suggests to me that he did not get me on radar but instead, used third-person to look at the plates and type them in whilst my car was on the driveway. However, like I said, I cannot prove this.
This leads me on to the main point. After I was somehow arrested, with no information about my character, I knew he would go into the container which held the contraband. (Fig. 2) (I had cameras installed prior, so I could monitor growth and trespassers.) After detained, I opened my cameras, and, would you believe it, it was Gopnik who ran straight into the container, which was locked with a keypad, and entered the container, thus, destroying my contraband. (Fig. 3)
So, how is this rule breaking? Well I honestly think that it was mainly metagaming and exploiting bugs. From a first-person view, you cannot see my container in the back of the house, so how would he know. Secondly, it shows that he knew as split seconds after being detained, he was straight into the container, which proves to me he wanted a warrant, so he could get into my house and into the container which was locked with a keypad. (Fig. 4 & 5)
The third-person aspect about the number plate is only speculation, but it only seems the only logical thing to me. He never once said he had me on radar, even if he saw me recklessly driving, he had no evidence to present, so how could he smack me up with an arrest warrant.
Also, if I was detained for reckless driving, in no way does that give the police a right to raid my house, confiscating and destroying contraband. It was obvious what his intentions were and I hope that people understand that this is dealt with properly.
If this gets approved the contraband removed was: 5x Drug Pots, 5x Seed/Weed Yield potentially, 1x UV Light.
Evidence:
Although I don't have video proof, as I don't see how realistically I'm just supposed to have shadowplay on 24/7, but I do have pictures which show the whole situation.
