Summary:  3.3 , 6.1  Prop surfing, Placing and freezing props in the road, intentionally attempting to be CDM'd.  No intention of roleplaying correctly.  Even decided to change his steam and RP names to prove he was trolling.  72 hours in game, there is absolutely no excuse for this.  Please smack him as hard as you can with the hammer so he can go back to playing on whatever server he actually plays at.
