Description: My reps awarded by Saf are on the system but it doesn't state anything.
Bug observed since: For a while now
Images/Screenshots: I can't upload one atm but it is the last 2 reps of mine when you search me up on the database.

I assume you mean these? This is because recorded reasons were not done until 16th January 2016.
